Testing ContentAtScale’s Accuracy
To assess ContentAtScale’s accuracy, we tested seven text samples, all generated by Jasper.ai, a popular AI writing tool. We scanned these samples using both ContentAtScale and Originality.ai, which provide probability scores indicating the likelihood of AI-generated text.
An AI detection score of 100% means the text is definitely AI-generated, while a score of 80% indicates an 80% probability of AI generation. Ideally, since all our samples were AI-generated, the optimal result for each should be 100%.
Here are the results:
- Originality.ai: Detected AI content with high accuracy in five out of seven samples, with an average detection score of 79.14%.
- ContentAtScale: Detected AI content in three out of seven samples, with an average detection score of 46%.
ContentAtScale’s average score suggests the samples were more likely human-generated, which is incorrect. An exception was sample #6, where Originality.ai indicated the content was human-generated (2% score), while ContentAtScale correctly identified it as AI-generated (100% score).
Comparing ContentAtScale to Other Platforms
