2 and 3 Bedroom Condo Amenities

At Amelia by the Sea, our 2 and 3-bedroom condos are designed to provide comfort and elegance. Each unit is fully furnished, featuring air conditioning, electric heating, and convenient appliances such as dishwashers and ice makers. Enjoy your private balcony with picturesque views of the swimming pool and the iconic fishing pier.

Many of our condos have recently undergone updates, including refreshed kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinetry.

Complex Amenities

Our complex is designed to enhance your stay with a range of luxurious amenities. Dive into our serene private pool or take a few steps to reach the white sand beach. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate our two tennis courts, while fishing aficionados can enjoy access to the 780-foot private fishing pier. This pier is the only one of its kind on the island and offers excellent surf fishing opportunities. Common catches include redfish, Spanish mackerel, flounder, sharks, sea trout, and bluefish.

Amelia By The Sea Condo 101 is a ground-floor corner unit designed for ultimate convenience and comfort. This beachside gem boasts easy access to the beach boardwalk and is bathed in natural light thanks to extra windows. The condo features:

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom
Guest Room: Two queen-sized beds and a second bathroom adjacent to the hall
Capacity: Sleeps up to six adults

This well-appointed unit is ideal for families or groups, offering a home-like environment with a full kitchen, a separate dining area, complimentary cable TV, a washer and dryer, and WiFi throughout the condo. Please note that pets are not allowed to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
